JOB SUMMARY In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of experimentation by planning roadmaps, executing sprints, and conducting statistical analysis. ABOUT THE TEAM The Business Excellence marketing team focuses on optimizing, automating, personalizing, and analyzing user behavior across various marketing channels to enhance performance and drive business growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify areas for enhancement, develop cohesive experimentation frameworks, define clear objectives and success metrics, and supervise the seamless execution and reporting of experiments.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Analytics, Growth, and Operations to identify and address requirements through BRDs.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives, uncovering trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Establish a solid foundation for attribution mechanisms, metric definitions, and wireframes to create the most efficient dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Address and resolve issues related to marketing channel performance tracking and implementation effectively.
  • Document initiatives, projects, and outcomes meticulously to facilitate seamless collaboration with stakeholders across borders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation, personalization, and optimization.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to ensure objectives are not just met but exceeded.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and deriving data-driven insights.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools like CleverTap and Growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling the identification of trends and the formulation of data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to define problem statements and implement effective solutions.
  • Robust project management skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a dedication to delivering exceptional performance in marketing.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Ideally, a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in campaign management/setup utilizing platforms like CleverTap.
  • A degree in B.Tech and an MBA is preferable.
