Requirements Gathering :

  • Work closely with stakeholders from various business areas to define and document business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to extract detailed requirements and gain a profound understanding of business needs.

Solution Design and Execution :

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams to implement effectively.
  • Collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure that solutions proposed align with business objectives and IT standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of new systems and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and deployment.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Serve as a link between business departments, IT teams, and external suppliers.
  • Keep stakeholders updated and collect feedback on project advancement and user satisfaction through regular communication.

Process Enhancement :

  • Analyze current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Recommend alterations to processes, technology, and systems to boost productivity and cut down costs.

Risk Management and Adherence :

  • Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks linked to new implementations or modifications to existing systems.

Reporting and Analysis :

  • Develop and sustain reports to monitor key metrics and project status.
  • Utilize data analytics to back business decisions and enhance performance.

Criteria :

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Possess a strong grasp of personal banking products and wealth management services.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Balsamiq) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Show excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet challenging deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks pertinent to the banking sector (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
