Job Descriptions:_

Children Age Between 8 to 1- Take a proactive role in keeping your own learning & development up to date.

• Be able to effectively engage and build relationships with children.
• Have excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with other agencies, parents, colleagues and children.
• Have an understanding of the issues and pressures affecting children today.
• Be flexible and responsive to the unique needs of each child.
• Have good listening skills and be able to remain calm and focussed when working under pressure.
• Have good written skills in order to write contact sheets and reports
• Be willing to use your initiative and make decisions around the needs of children on a day to day basis.
• Be flexible in being able to adapt to changing workloads of the team.
• Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• A driving license and a midas qualification would be an advantage
• A Diploma at Level 3 would be an advantage or a willingness to work towards it is essential.
• The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Age:

• Below 45

Experience:

• 1 year care assistant genuine experience
  mandatory

Education qualification:

• Any degree /Diploma

Language:

• NARIC /UKVI ielts

UKVI score:
- min 5

Processing time:

• 6 mnths

Benefits

39 -42 Hrs in a week

Extra pay for night stay (50 pound /night )

Accomodation provided for 3 months

From ₹1,068.31 per hour
