Purpose of the Role:

Ø IIoT Customer solutions and Factory automation (Digital Factory) and Customer requirement automation.

Ø Visual Management system at Shop floor, Plant Machinery/ Equipment Analysis for Improving Efficiency, Uptime and Energy savings.

Ø Integration of Applications with Oracle EBS and BI Analytical for Management Decision making system.

Ø Customer requirement automation (IoT Products) and factory automation (Digital Factory) with respect to latest technologies and concepts which includes IIoT, AR/VR, PLM etc., to support Business achieving Smart Factory.

Ø Exposure in manufacturing strategy modelling through new technology factory automation; bench marking, conceptualization the world class automation's.

Ø Research, develops and implements electronic tools to optimize product, processes and facilities for Manufacturing

• Evaluate hardware & software, develop decision matrix analysis & scaleable architecture, develop solution & implementation on actual problem, Trails with work for gaps & final implementation, document the learning's & sharing with stake holders.

Ø Able to address manufacturing quality and productivity improvement projects and managing customers & stakeholders.

Ø Integrating Operation Technology with Information Technology by fetching real time process data from manufacturing process (Machine PLC and SCADA) for product & process trace-ability.

Ø Collaboration & alignment with IT innovation/Security, factory automation, factories & customers for project execution & implementation

Ø Driving the Team to design a fully autonomous visual Warehouse Management System (WMS) module for tracking entire inbound supply chain and streamlining the bottleneck to meet the Productivity and Quality targets in logistics operation.
