As a Solutions Architect Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, testing, go-live) of our products.
  • Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and implementing Akamai solutions to address customers' needs
  • Demonstrating differentiated value of Akamai products to customers across multiple industries.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional project teams to scope, setting timelines, creating technical solutions and supporting new implementation.
  • Taking complete accountability & autonomy on driving engagement with different stakeholders

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in analyzing customer's web traffic and demonstrate expertise to optimize the web and security posture
  • Have experience with general network/security technologies, processes, and concepts
  • Be thorough with internet fundamentals, DNS and routing, communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP
  • Have great communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical content in English
  • Be familiar with Devops concepts
