We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst tojoin our team in the exciting journey of developing a newhealthcare product aimed at simplifying Medicare and Medicaidprocesses for the US healthcare industry. This role involvesworking closely with the Product Owner to create innovativesolutions that address the challenges in the US healthcare market.If you have a background in product development within thehealthcare sector and a keen interest in AI and healthcareinnovation we want to hear fromyou.

Tasks

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ProductRoadmap and Feature Backlog: Collaborate with theProduct Owner to develop the product roadmap and manage the featurebacklog ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Lead therequirement gathering process ensuring compliance with healthcareregulations and addressing marketneeds.
  • RequirementGathering: Work with the Product Owner to gather andanalyze product requirements. Engage in asis process mapping anddesign tobe process flows for optimal functionality and userexperience. Define user personas including senior patientshealthcare providers healthcare brokers physicians and nursepractitioners.
  • HealthcareIndustry Research: Conduct indepth research into theUS healthcare industry to identify challenges and opportunities.Perform comprehensive market research to uncover unmet needsconduct competitor analysis and identify marketopportunities.
  • AgileMethodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies andprocesses including sprint planning demos retrospectives andbacklog refinement. Collaborate with the Product Owner to refineand prioritize the product backlog breaking down complex featuresinto actionable user stories andtasks.
  • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work with Technical SolutionArchitects UX Designers Developers and Project Managers to ensurecohesive product development anddelivery.
  • StakeholderManagement: Act as the primary liaison between theProduct Owner and technical teams ensuring clear communication andunderstanding of productgoals.
  • PerformanceMetrics: Collaborate with the Product Owner todefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measureproduct success and guide futurestrategy.
  • AIUsage: Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhancethe quality and speed ofdeliverables.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MBAor equivalent degree with mandatory experience in the US healthcareindustry and products.
  • Experience in productdevelopment especially in the healthcaresector.
  • Proven ability to develop productroadmaps and manage featurebacklogs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in abusiness context.
  • Strong analyticalproblemsolving and project managementskills.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Agiledevelopment environments.
  • A minimum of 10 yearsof professional experience with at least 7 years as a BusinessAnalyst.

MustHaveSkills:

  1. BusinessAnalysis Expertise: Strong skills in requirementgathering process mapping anddocumentation.
  2. HealthcareIndustry Knowledge: Indepth understanding ofhealthcare processes regulations and the US healthcare system(Medicare andMedicaid).
  3. Analytical andProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze complexdata and provide businesssolutions.
  4. CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communicationfor effective stakeholder engagement and teamcollaboration.
  5. ProjectManagement: Experience managing project timelinesresources and deliverables.
  6. AgileMethodology: Familiarity with Agile practices andthe ability to work effectively in an Agileenvironment.
  7. TechnicalProficiency: Comfort with using AI tools (likeChatGPT) and business analysissoftware.
  8. Leadership:Experience as a Lead Business Analyst accountable for alldeliverables in at least one product developmentcycle.
