Key Deliverables

  • Enable Sales team to create business models for revenue growth
  • Margin growth through routing efficiencies.
  • Build and execute regional growth plan.
  • Win Global Reverse Bid Opportunities with OTTs
  • Manage destination margin performance through: o Pricing policy o Quality targets o Service level differentiation & positioning

Deal evaluation with Sales:
volume discounts, take or pays, peak / off-peak, Swaps, bilateral, etc.

  • Capacity optimization
  • Follow up with Sales & Carrier Relations on lost customers & supply acquisition needs
  • Additional Activities o Special customer pricing analysis o Operational Reporting for Sales, Buying o Supplier testing o Customer promotion / demotion based on price & route congestion
  • Manage suppliers & customer mix for any destination Skills Required
  • Ability to ensure excellence in execution
  • Ability to collaborate and work with large teams
  • Analyze data and draw insights
  • Consultation, facilitation and selling skills
  • Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders
  • Basic computer literacy MS Office – Excel Educational Qualifications
  • Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM Work Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Management, Pricing Customer & Sales.
