Ensuring reporting and escalation of market feedback of ITC products to the concerned Managers
To ensure execution of instore support for sales promotion, ensuring procurement of collaterals and various visibility and floor stacking elements in line with activations/ sales promotions
Ensuring a good rapport and support with the customers
Ensuring the freshness of the product
Training of merchandisers (planogramming) and in store promoters, relationship development with major stores' managers for better execution of deliverables and conduct of activations,
Incorporate competition activities in and thereby propose specific activities to further build the saliency of ITC brands,
Devise instore solutions for visibility/ offtakes enhancements of ITC product categories
