Job Purpose:

'Create and deliver modules(new requirements or fixes) for various banking requirements and resolving critical business-challenges which may be from internal customers or for external customers.


The role holder will be a key contributor to the technology organisation and will be responsible for maintenance of the engineering platform.

You will be responsible for execution of the product software development against delivery commitments and project plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

' Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows

  • Be responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
  • Good understanding of ThoughtMachine workflows
  • To take up development and deployment of native code to manage the customer facing platforms
  • Knowledge of Integration Design patterns for building middleware systems from the ground up
  • Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multivendor and architecture discussions.
  • Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards and programming
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements.

Prior experience as a UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.

Use various ideation methods like brainstorming to solve the user's needs to add value to the company.

Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.

Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows.

Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.

Define user task flows and interaction models.

Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.

Conduct user research

Create user personas

Conduct customer and competitor analysis.

Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.

Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.

Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.

Use a diverse set of UX research tools.


Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer etc.

Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

' Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution

  • Provide status updates and reporting metrics to the program leadership and contribute towards ontime and onbudget delivery
