Looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer based in Bengaluru to provide on-site support.

  • Plan and carry out scheduled releases across various Salesforce instances.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of released components in version control.
  • Take ownership and enhance the release process by documenting issues and devising improvement strategies or automation.
  • Create comprehensive release notes and update Scrum Team and Stakeholders on release status.
  • Participate in Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go evaluations.
  • Collaborate with development team to resolve build issues and merge conflicts.
  • Maintain consistency among Salesforce sandbox environments from Development to Production.
  • Facilitate deployments between sandbox environments and ensure their functionality post-deployment or Salesforce updates.
  • Perform data-loading/seeding in sandbox environments to enable effective development and testing.
  • Provide application support for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Assess and address risks to environment security and stability.
  • Support Scrum team's development operations structure and audit requirements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce release engineer utilizing deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, or Salesforce DevOps Center (preferably Copado).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
  • Proficient in source code control systems such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce DX and Metadata.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hold Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Copado Consultant Certifications.
