We are in search of a Senior User Experience Researcher / Conversion rate optimizer to be part of our Global Web Experience team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Content, you will analyze and enhance our web pages to boost engagement and conversion rates, ultimately leading to increased business leads. This role is situated in Hyderabad/Noida/Bangalore but will involve collaboration with colleagues worldwide and various departments across Clarivate.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or e-commerce, specifically in page optimization and conversions with a proven track record in data research and insights strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions for continuous optimization.
- Proficient in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques and tools.
- Skilled in Google Analytics and other measurement tools, with a strong interest in metrics.

- Experience with survey tools like Qualtrics is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles for process optimization is a plus.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Optimizing key product and campaign pages on our website through A/B testing and proposing content or design adjustments based on data to enhance conversions.
- Conducting A/B tests and experimenting with diverse marketing tactics to consistently enhance campaign performance and user experience.
- Establishing and monitoring key KPIs to boost conversion rates and elevate customer experience on our websites (increased form fills, enhanced engagement metrics).
- Developing and managing an optimization calendar for our web pages to continually experiment with improving KPIs with a strong focus on analytics.
- Collaborating with the brand and web teams to develop and implement a strategy for assessing the customer experience along our brand journey.
- Assisting the team in creating scorecards and dashboards to visualize and evaluate our brand's success.
- Contributing to the shaping, development, and implementation of a long-term digital CRO strategy by sharing insights on how changes resonate with our website clients.
About the Team
You will be part of a diverse team with a wide range of skillsets. Our team members are spread across the globe, each handling distinct sections of the website. In addition to closely collaborating with Web team members, this role will engage with various parts of the Marketing ecosystem, including Demand Generation leaders, Customer Marketers, and Thought-leadership experts.
Hours of Work
- Full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday), with [2-3 days per week in office/hybrid setup],
- Shift timing - 1 PM – 10 PM IST.
