Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer specializing in SOLIDWORKS software.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support, training, and consulting services to our clients, ensuring they maximize their use of SOLIDWORKS for their engineering and design projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of SOLIDWORKS functionalities and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS software, resolving issues and answering queries.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, both in-person and online, to enhance their proficiency in SOLIDWORKS.
Assist in pre-sales activities by demonstrating SOLIDWORKS capabilities to potential clients and providing technical expertise during sales meetings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver technical presentations and webinars.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in SOLIDWORKS software and related technologies.
Support the implementation and customization of SOLIDWORKS solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Participate in customer site visits and provide on-site support as needed.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for the application engineering team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience working with SOLIDWORKS software or in any other CAD Software like CATIA, NX, Creo, etc in a professional setting.

Candidates from Pune are preferred
Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) or Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE) certification is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of 3D CAD Modelling, Simulation, and Data Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions as required.
