Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items;
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records;
  • Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays;
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
  • Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision;
  • Maintains store staff job results by coaching,counseling,and disciplining employees;planning, monitoring,and appraising job results;
  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following upon;
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting,selecting,orienting, and training employees;
- departmental sales records;

  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share;
- maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so;
- preparing promotional materials and displays;
- managing budgets.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
