Job Title:
Telecaller

Job Summary:


As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, or gather market information.

Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.

Working days-Mon to Sat

Working time-10 am to 7pm

Salary-8k to 10k

Experience Required-Fresher and experience both can apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script or personalized pitch.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, building rapport and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Present and explain products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and probing questions.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or promotions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle rejection positively.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically operates in an office or call center environment.
  • May require sitting for extended periods and using a headset.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate different time zones or target demographics.
