Job Summary:

Oracle EPM Consultant Role

Experience : 2 to 5yrs

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

As an Oracle EPM Consultant , you are primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle EPM Cloud solution that fit within the customer's business environment and business objectives also to help customers with their transformation from On-Premises Hyperion implementations to Oracle EPM Cloud solution.

Technical Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of EPM and/or Hyperion functional domains such as:

Financial Planning & Budgeting/FDMEE,

Financial Consolidation & Close, Financial Reporting,

Profitability & Account Reconciliation, Essbase and others

In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications: (Minimum two, strongest in at least one)

Planning & Budgeting

Financial Consolidation & Close,

Management Reporting, Smartview

Profitability and Cost Managment Cloud

Account Reconciliation

Enterprise Data management/ Data Integration

Essbase


• In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle EPM on premise

Mandatory

Excel/Spreadsheet expertise (Macro/VB will be better) Basic coding skills in Windows/Linux Script/Powershell SQL skills Understanding of object oriented coding constructs / REST/ Python/Java


• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support


• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution, and keep abreast with the product roadmap.


• Analyses software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications.

Problem-solving ability

Communication, and presentation skills that will inspire confidence

Good writing skills: emails, documents, presentation

Willing to understand and learn Accounting and Finance basics .


• Requires Software Development Lifecycle experience.


• Able to apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to develop solutions in leading edge or critical situations.


• Good team player and have strong analytical skills
