We are currently seeking freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for our US clients. You will work closely with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Work Cycle:

  • Five days a week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off for a better worklife balance.
  • Shift timings are 5:30pm to 2:30am, with flexibility to stretch if required.

Pay:
We offer a competitive salary of INR 15,000 per month take home, Plus Incentives based on Performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen resumes from various job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Work closely with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
