What You'll Be Doing

Joining as a Senior Manager at Kenvue Data Platforms presents an exciting chance to be part of our expanding Data & Analytics product line team. Our goal is to positively impact personal health through innovative data and analytics solutions that foster growth and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as Business Partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, and Data Science/Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to develop cutting-edge data products for end users. You will also play a key role in defining solution and data architecture, overseeing technical deliveries, and ensuring best practices are followed to optimize business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Kenvue Data Platforms & Products Technology team in India.
  • Provide leadership for data platforms, data engineering, product owner, and architecture teams to drive the development of next-generation capabilities for business growth.
  • Foster innovation and thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, translating insights into valuable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business leaders to understand their requirements, clearly communicating the value derived from data & technology across various business domains.
  • Develop Kenvue data analytics capabilities that leverage advanced technology to provide data-driven insights in support of different functions like Commercial Excellence, Finance, HR, R&D, and Supply Chain.
  • Establish strong partnerships with external & internal stakeholders and other analytics professionals.
  • Design, build, and maintain data platforms, products, and solutions to optimize ROI.
  • Attract, retain, and develop talent to build high-performing and diverse teams.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, specializing in leading Data & Technology Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data management teams across different locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, influence, and lead effectively within an organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge the gap between digital concepts and business objectives.
  • Expertise in implementing data products across various domains using Cloud Architecture and databases, as well as data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, prototyping, MVPs, and experience in Scrum/Kanban.
  • Proven track record in managing teams through complex projects and diverse company cultures.
