• We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, hardware management, network development, and technical support. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems to meet business objectives.

H) Key Responsibilities :

a) IT Infrastructure :

• Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure to support Corporate Office operations.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of all IT systems and services.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades.

b) Hardware Management and Repair :

• Manage inventory, deployment, and maintenance of hardware devices.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed to minimize downtime.

c) Team Leadership :

• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Delegate tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

d) Local Networks :

• Develop and maintain local area networks (LANs) to facilitate efficient communication and data transfer.
• Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

e) Technical Support :

• Provide high-level support for IT issues escalated from the helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

f) Operating Systems :

• Manage and maintain operating systems across various devices and platforms, including servers, workstations, and embedded systems.

g) Security and Compliance :

• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

h) Surveillance :

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of surveillance systems to ensure the security of the facility.

i) Biometric System :

• Administer biometric authentication systems for access control and attendance tracking purposes.

j) Masibus :

• Oversee integration and utilization of Masibus systems for process automation and control.

k) SCR (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) :

• Manage SCR systems for monitoring and controlling office equipment and processes.

l) NAV Application :

• Provide support for the NAV (Enterprise Resource Planning) application used for inventory management and production planning.

I) Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, hardware management, networking, and system administration.
• Proficiency in operating systems, firewall configuration, and surveillance systems.
• Experience with manufacturing-specific software and systems such as MES, SCR, and ERP applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
