Production Planner I

PRIMARY DUTIES:

This individual will be involved in the coordination of production, following legal and customer-specific regulations as well as ensuring reliable quality and cost efficiency for the corresponding production schedules

Including:

• Review Open Customer Orders & coordinate with the customer service team, and business team for ontime deliveries
• Review Monthly Forecasts, and release Monthly & Weekly Production Plans.
• Review Slow Moving Inventory & coordinate with QC, R&D, Sales on liquidation plan.
• Review & update stocking policies & communicate to CS & Business team.
• Drive internal S&OP meetings with the sales team to achieve desired forecast accuracy.
• Review MRP outcome & coordinate with Purchasing team for all RM procurement.
• Review Plan Vs Actual & Production Attainments.
• Review & maintain SAP Item Master & code creation process.
• Coordinate with R&D, purchase & Sourcing for new development products
• Control & Monitor Aging Inventories, Days on Hand Inventory.
• Planning and control of production capacity accordingly and orders. Monitoring production schedules and stock levels.
• Work towards Zero defect culture by establishing the right process in place.

MIS Reporting

• SAP & Power BI reports.
• Review & Maintain Process documents aligned with ISO requirements.
• Drive costsaving projects through process improvement.
