Role Introduction:

  • The role of Digital Marketing Executive is to drive paid performance for a selection of specialist product and market areas across digital advertising (Search Engines & Social) and User Experience.


Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and wider marketing team, you will drive the strategy to maximise conversion and return on investment across your areas of responsibility.


What You Will Do:

  • Create and implement global Paid PPC and Social strategies across core Social Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).
  • Drive continuous website conversion rate improvements (CRO) for inbound lead generation in your business areas.
  • Create and implement Pay per Click strategies across your different products, markets, countries across Google & Bing.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability (Google Analytics, SessionCam, and Salesforce) to evaluate endtoend user experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • With the support of a great team, a great development environment, you will be comfortable immersed in data, analysis and insight across multiple global domains and digital channels including, User Experience, PPC, Social Media and more.
  • You need to a highly analytical, logical, data hungry and problem solving brain is paramount and you will have to flex and adapt your approach based on each project to make critical marketing decisions.
  • An amazing marketing communicator, you will be able to rapidly build trust and relationships both inside and outside the business and combine this with your digital marketing knowledge to influence and deliver the migration strategy.
  • You'll also be confident and excited to showcase your expertise to a vast, diverse set of stakeholders who will be reliant on you to help drive quality leads in their business areas and take them on your exciting digital journey with you.
