Job description:

Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer at EffecMed Private Limited for its new manufacturing facility at Rabale , Navi Mumbai location .

2.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:1.

Construction and Installation :
a.

Oversee the construction and installation activities of the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.b.


Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project team members to resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction phase.c.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions as necessary.d.


Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance for MEP, HVAC, ELVS, EHS, EMS, BMS, WMS and Instrumentation & Automation activities.2.


Engineering Documentation :
a.

Prepare project documentation, including technical reports, progress reports, and meeting minutes.b.

Maintain accurate records of all project activities, issues, and changes.3.

Cross-functional Collaboration:a.

Liaise with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, supply chain and operations to ensure alignment and seamless integration of activities.b.

Participate in project meetings, provide regular progress updates and address any engineering-related issues or concerns.c.

Provide support to the project manager and team members as needed.d.

Assist in conducting project reviews and post-project evaluations.4.

Resource Management:
a.

Assist in the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.b.

Monitor resource usage and report any discrepancies or issues.

Essential Qualifications and experience:
a.


Diploma in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial or related field) with minimum 2+ Years of experience (preferred in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry ) .

A Bachelor 's degree is a plus.b.


Proven experience in project engineering or management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry with familiarity of ISO cleanroom design, cGMP standards.c.


Hands on experience with equipment and facility design, installation, and validation processes for MEP, HVAC, ELVS, EHS, EMS, BMS, WMS and Instrumentation & Automation activities.d.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.e.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project challenges.f.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.g.

Strong work Ethics, Collaborative and True team player.

Salary:
The salary will be negotiated as per industry standards.

Place of work:
a.

New Manufacturing Plant at Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.b.

It can include outside work and visit alsoc.

May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.d.

Candidate from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Nearby location will be preferred for selection.
