Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Ezzyfy. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to marketing and communication. This includes managing social media marketing campaigns, creating web content, analyzing web analytics, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:
Develop and create compelling social media content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice and target audience.
Research and identify trending topics and industry news relevant to the brand. Experiment with different content formats and platforms to optimize performance.
Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.

Community Management:
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Moderate online communities and address negative feedback constructively.
Foster positive brand sentiment and build relationships with followers.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Attend meetings and brainstorm content ideas with team members.
Report on social media performance and provide insights.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Thread, Pinterest etc.)
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for storytelling.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in content creation tools is a must.
