As a Senior SharePoint Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions that align with our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SharePoint architecture, Power Platform implementation, AI (Good to know), SPFx development, and a comprehensive understanding of IT technologies.

It would be good if candidate has perform leadership role for Office 365.
Design and implement SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and solutions for diverse business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical issues and consulting best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SharePoint environments.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead client engagements, working closely with them to understand business requirements and propose effective IT solutions.
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to implementation and post-implementation support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and SPFx.
Proficient in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of overall IT infrastructure and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse project teams.
