Field Sales Job

  • Sales: Reach sales targets of the assigned store(s).
  • Demand Generation Activities: Collaborate with influencers to create demand for the brand.
  • Store Upkeep: Ensure store cleanliness, stock management, etc.
  • Project/ Institutional Sales: Engage in projects/institutional sales in the designated area, driving conversions.

Salary Package:

Net Take Home: 15K to 20K NTHMWA 5000/ plus Performance-based Incentives

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate/12th grade pass/12th grade appearing, both male and female candidates considered.

Experience: Ideally 6 to 12 months in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants). Candidates from insurance, banking, or other sales sectors are also welcome.
