ZEISS in India - - Bachler Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or aboveExperience
Process experience with IBP S&OP as well as supply chain planning.
Experience in IBP S&OP Order based planning
Be familiar with IBP architecture, IBP configuration including calculated Key figures as well as CPI-DS integration with ERP
Be familiar with IT Skills like SQL, web services
3+ years of experience with IT
Strong organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communications skills are essential.
Experience in using and creating Excel Macros / Access
Experience in SAP-BW
Other skills
Ability to communicate at all levels, computer, analytical problem solving, planning/organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, management skills are necessary, can-do attitude, mobility to travel international.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
You will manage IBP and related Planning software tools
Monitor system and ensure all regularly scheduled jobs successfully completed, being able to trouble shooting and adequate implementation of proper amendment to fix any error on the transmission
As the solution architect you will play a key role for the IBP, owning the integrated design and governance. Being able to translate business requirements into technology roadmap and solutions
Manage updates to IBP cloud solution: inform about upcoming updates, coordinate and document the testing, initial training of the new functionalities
Steering the implementation of new processes / Businesses to incorporate into the E2E Planning
Create technical documentation for new configuration
Manage user access rights and roles
Provide first line of technical support to the Key Users
Define, manage, and align processes and requirements with all stakeholders, notably with SCM (along best practice techniques)
Planning, coordinating, and executing Software technical aspect of SCM-projects. This implies the development of project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, budget, and vendor/customer requirements
Monitoring System performance using suitable KPI's
Taking accountability for ensuring appropriate auditing of all used features in the software
Contribute to establishment of best practice in SCM related new requirements
Identifying room for improvements. contribute to the ongoing development of systems
Lead the Key Users organization both in the technical and administrative topics
Attend IBP technical webinars and report back items that may interest the business, such as any significant time-saving techniques and potentially beneficial planned product changes
Develop solution proposals regarding how to reflect business requirements in the planning system configuration
