Ensure all processes arefollowed to ensure that there are no operatinglosses/Frauds.2.Accurate and timely processing of customerinstructions3. Ensure adherence to KYCNorms.4.   • Ensureeffective relationship management by monitoring the movement ofthecustomers and implement a customerretention program. 2. Minimize rejectionsand customer complaints to create a wowexperience.3. Hold periodic customer meetsand branch promotions to generate morebusiness.4. Customer query handling /complaint resolution.5. Specific initiativestaken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks andcustomercomplaint6.Customer visits as per laid down callfrequency.
