What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you get to join our Bangalore team in India full of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists who are 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities for our customers. Ensuring they get the most value from the ServiceNow platform. Our broad services portfolio is exclusively built around ServiceNow, making us the one-stop-shop for all ServiceNow related advisory services, implementations, custom app developments and application maintenance & support.

As a consultant, you get to work on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries. In this role, you work at our Bangalore office. In all projects you deliver true value to customers by automating their business processes through the design of innovative platform applications.

We help you grow by providing you with continuous training and coaching via our 4Academy, making sure you have the adequate skills as a technical consultant and in Platform-as-a-Service Depending on the type of project, you will be involved in the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Translating functional requirements into technical designs by focusing on platform performance, maintainability and upgradability.
  • Delivery of current services for our customers as enhancing our internal service delivery competencies and capabilities.
  • Building solution designs which always follow the implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines.
  • Supporting the building, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Play a pivotal role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of ServiceNow development.
  • Strong ability to lead and drive successful ServiceNow solution deployments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Solution Discovery & Design: Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document the business outcomes and functional requirements and lead the design of complex, effective ServiceNow solutions that align with those needs.
  • Technical Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with the designed requirements and ensure solutions meet industry best practices. Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • User Training: Support end-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of the implemented solution.
  • Support growth-related activities, such as RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven extensive hands-on relevant experience of 3-6 years in ServiceNow Custom Apps Development.
  • Transform maps
  • Tools: Integrations (Integration Hub, Rest Message)
  • Skills: Application Design, ERD (Designing application tables) and Process Flow.
  • Must have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Strong technical skills, including scripting, workflow configuration, and business rule development.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages
