Role Contour:

Responsible for continuously monitoring, measuring the compliance requirements for Vi and timely reporting all the risk to "Head of compliance and data privacy" and Vi management.

Build mechanism and culture to manage the risk.

Accountability:
Compliance

  • Understanding applicable regulations, guidelines and industry best practices to manage risk and ensure compliance
  • Maintaining and auditing security documentation such as policies, procedures, and standards
  • Responsible for overall compliance activities at Vi
  • Continuous monitoring for all regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, eSIM),
- periodic Enterprise Information Security Policy review and updates

  • Managing and supporting information security risk management life cycle
  • Ensuring appropriate risk treatment, compliance from external and internal perspective
  • Ensuring Periodic Awareness on Info Security
  • Monitoring and directing actions taken to maintain compliance
  • Reviewing, validating and supporting in closing audit responses for various assessments
  • Reviewing Regulatory compliance of all VIL subsidiaries
  • Timely reporting of all the security risk to management
  • Taking initiatives to improve the security posture of VIL
  • Ensuring compliance with group (Vodafone, ABG) requirements
  • Ensuring vendor partner governance
  • Identify and formally document deviations from published standard, requirements
  • Work with internal teams to identify security controls to address new and emerging threats
  • Working towards cultivating Innovations & Automation in processes, thereby minimizing TAT & error

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT and Information Security with minimum of at least 8 years in risk and compliance, audit management
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree will be an added advantage
  • Certifications: CISA/CISM/CRISC/ISO 27001 LA/ISO 27001 LI/PCI DSS Implementer
