Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads within the industry through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand the client base.
  • Field Sales: To be in the field and meet prospective customers for business opportunities. Aligning business strategies to generate revenue. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and meetings to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Networking: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and addressing their challenges effectively.
  • Revenue Generation: Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals customized to the specific requirements and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure agreements that align with their needs and maximize value for both parties.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, marketing, and technical departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts, and provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred
