Responsibilities

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms

Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and others

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

Analyse competitor activity

Undertake audience research

Recommend improvements to increase performance

Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in a similar role at an enterprise SaaS company, or a growth marketing agency serving enterprise SaaS companies

Proficiency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques

Deep knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms

Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics to analyze key social media metrics and action data-backed strategy across platforms

Visual storytelling capabilities and experience

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

Research and detail-oriented mindset

Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills

Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects/campaigns

Interest in startups, SaaS, business and technology, awareness of SEO and social media fundamentals

Background in tech, ecommerce and/or retail is a plus
