Job Challenges:

Dealing with major accident cases with limited resources due to the absence of adequate hospitals nearby within a 50 km radius presents a significant challenge.

Key Result Areas:

  • KRA1: Coordinating and overseeing hospital administration to ensure smooth medical operations while staying within budget limits and enhancing employee satisfaction
    • Closely collaborating with the Head of Medical Services and other team members
    • Preparing and monitoring budgets
    • Procuring necessary medicines as needed
    • Arranging for specialists' visits from Gulbarga according to the schedule
    • Ensuring availability of ambulance and medical equipment for transporting critically ill patients
    • Maintaining specialized medical equipment
  • KRA2: Arranging medical camps in collaboration with KJST to enhance the company's reputation
    • Organizing camps for villagers' benefit
    • Conducting eye camps and disease detection camps
    • Coordinating with governmental and social organizations
  • KRA3: Engaging in proposed government health programs
    • Participating in initiatives like Pulse-polio and family planning
    • Coordinating with government bodies
  • KRA4: Conducting regular employee health check-ups for disease identification, prevention, and compliance with regulations
    • Organizing health examination programs
    • Identifying health trends and implementing preventive measures
    • Seeking specialist advice when necessary
    • Maintaining health records
  • KRA5: Ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients
    • Attending to outpatients and referring complex cases to specialists or hospitals
    • Handling emergencies and performing diagnostic tests
  • KRA6: Upholding system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000, and WCM systems by involving employees in enhancing work quality standards
    • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
    • Addressing abnormalities and unsafe practices
    • Implementing 5S activities and quality improvement plans
    • Enhancing WCM criteria scores and internal customer ratings
    • Ensuring statutory compliance and eliminating wasteful practices
