The Opportunity:


As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate various activities at Organizational level working closely with various teams including Sales, Recruitment, Finance, Business development and C-level executives and act as the single point of contact.


Responsibilities include

  • Creating Job orders and sharing with recruitment teams.
  • Coordination of various activities in support of company's compliance and tax obligations.
  • Weekly / Monthly Timesheets Compliance Report / Follow up to support Payroll Team.
  • Coordination of other Organizational level events as and when needed
  • Compiling and following up of weekly / monthly blogs

What it Takes:

  • Typing speed 3040 wpm
  • Required

Work Timing: 8AM to 5PM USA EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with various departments, vendors

Pay:
₹8, ₹25,719.61 per month
