Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into their designs. This may involve using energy-efficient materials, designing for natural ventilation, and considering the overall environmental impact of a building.

Regulatory Compliance:
Must ensure that their designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements. This involves staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and obtaining necessary permits for construction.

Visualization Skills:
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software, create detailed drawings and 3D models to help clients visualize the final structure. Effective communication of design concepts is crucial.

Problem Solving:
To encounter challenges during the design and construction process. They need to think creatively and find practical solutions to overcome obstacles that may arise during a project.
