Job Title: Data Analyst

Company: Digitise My Business

Location: Remote

Compensation: 5LPA - 9LPA

The ideal candidate will leverage their enthusiasm for big data and analytics to offer valuable insights to the business across various areas. They will be accountable for performing both regular and spontaneous analysis for business users.

Responsibilities

  • Grasp the day-to-day challenges encountered by our business that can be elucidated with data
  • Organize and assess data pertaining to business' challenges
  • Create clear visualizations to present complex data in a simple manner
  • Work together with diverse teams to recognize crucial metrics and KPIs for monitoring business performance
  • Devising and executing data collection systems and procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Execute data cleaning, transformation, and validation procedures to prepare datasets for analysis
  • Apply statistical methods and algorithms to reveal patterns and trends in data
  • Construct predictive models and forecasting algorithms to aid in business decision-making
  • Convey analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders via written reports and presentations
  • Stay informed about industry trends and top practices in data analysis and visualization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent background
  • 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis background
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Expertise in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib for crafting interactive dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and involvement with extensive datasets
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
