Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our f&b manufacturing processes.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of production procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department.2. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.3. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Manage and optimize resource utilization, including labor, equipment, and materials.5. Ensure that production meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality control, to coordinate production activities.7. Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.8. Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance analysis.9. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety.10. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to enhance production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years, proven experience in production management, preferably in food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
