Job Description:


As a Junior Marketing Associate specializing in Demat Accounts within the stock broking industry, your primary responsibility will be to attract and onboard new clients by promoting and facilitating the opening of Demat accounts.

This role requires a combination of marketing skills, customer relationship management, and a solid understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Actively identify and approach potential clients for opening Demat accounts.
Implement marketing strategies to target individuals, businesses, and other potential investors.
Conduct outreach programs and promotional activities to generate leads.

Demat Account Opening:
Guide clients through the process of opening Demat accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Explain the benefits and features of Demat accounts to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the account opening process.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes related to Demat accounts.
Provide clients with comprehensive information about the advantages of maintaining securities in electronic form.

Customer Education:
Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate clients on the use and management of Demat accounts.
Address client queries and concerns related to Demat accounts.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term associations.
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on market developments and opportunities.

Cross-selling:

Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products and services offered by the stock broking firm.
Collaborate with other teams, such as research and advisory, to provide clients with a holistic investment experience.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for Demat account opening.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Knowledge of stock market regulations and compliance procedures.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
