As Primary responsibility for this role is to convert negative savings as positive, Commodity management, Strong communication skills, Innovative Sourcing strategy, Data management, Cost analysis etc

Responsibilities
Adherence towards Savings target KPI's. Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Engineering team for pre bid support.

Suggest solutions for process improvements Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner Should be open to learn digital platform implementation in Supply Chain Management portfolio.

Hold accountable for the project delivery and revenue goals Should handle both Material and Subcon category Good experience in E Auction and E RFQ process Experience in attending Procurement audits and basic labor compliance requirement Vendor due diligence and Onboarding process

  • Capability to escalate and drive behavior for achieving targets
  • Runs cross functional sourcing team activities associated with selection processes maximizing marketplace leverage, determining competitive alternatives, and prioritizing business objectives.
  • Manages supplier selection process and achieves cost savings on services projects as part of a highly structured procurement process.
  • Prepares, issues, analyzes, negotiates, and administers RFIs (Requests for Information), RFPs (Requests for Proposal), SOW (Statements of Work), CR (Change Requests), and terminations.
  • Quarterly Open Po reconciliation
  • Ability to negotiate with Suppliers concerning complex contract topics including Indemnification, Direct Damages, Dispute Resolution, Hiring and Tenure, Management Policies and Procedures, Confidentiality Terms and Termination Rights.
  • Working with legal teams of stakeholders

Skills Required :
Knowledge of SAP sourcing systems - Frictionless

Excellent analytical skills, ability to develop, analyze and summarize cost data.

Must be an effective communicator with outstanding English communications skills, speak conversational English & other local languages

Strong leadership skills.

Must be very organized to assure all tasks are completed in a timely manner based on Client needs and the tasks are recorded, monitored, and closed out in an efficient manner

Must be self-motivated and pro-active.

Must be a team player.

Educational Qualification :
BE / Postgraduate any specialized course in Supply Chain
