Aboutthe Villa

The familylives in a beautiful appartment located in Monaco.

The family also uses their private Villa (not inMonaco but nearby) from time to time duing weekends or schoolholidays.

The current staff in the villa operateon exceptionally high standards and the team is very responsive toany kinds of demands. The management is overseen by the VillaManager who monitors the team from the site and takes care of otherissues related to the property.

Theproject

Weare looking for 1 Housekeeper who isavailable to begin the contract ASAP. The contractwill start as a CDD contract for probable a few months and it willthen become a permanent CDI after if both sides are happy.

The ideal candidate is discreethandson well organised and does not need to be reminded of theinstructions multiple times. You are able to understand theinstructions clearly during your initial days and ensure that youfollow these standards. You will report to the Villa Manager and tothe Assistant of the Villa Manager.

You will beworking in a team with 3 other housekeepers.

Youwill be mainly incharge of doing Housekeeping and Laundry.Regarding service we cannot say that there will be service properlyspeaking depending on your shift/schedule you will just need to setthe table and cleat the table. From time to time you could be askedto preapare tea or coffee.

RegardingHousekeeping:

• You will be incharge ofvacuuming/cleaning floors carpets surfaces in all the bedrooms andin all other areas of the property etc.
• Youwill be incharge of making the beds changing linens setting up thebedrooms and bathrooms etc
• You will be inchargeof cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms showers toilets sinks andcountertops
• You will be incharge of replenishestoiletries towels supplies etc
• Ensuring themain areas as corridors living rooms are always dusted tidy andwell organized in accordance to the owners habits. We are lookingfor Housekeepers who have a great eye for detail and who are usedto spot out small details.
• You could be incharge of contacting (liaising with) the dry cleaners for all theowners clothes which need specific treatment and ask them to comeand collect them.

RegardingLaundry:

• Taking care of allthe duties in regards to the Laundry generallyspeaking
• Basically you will in charge of allthe linen of the appartment or the Villa such as towels bathrobesbath mats bed sheets pillowcases kitchen cloth table clothetc...
• You will in charge of all the linen ofthe owners are their children and from time to time of their guestsor visiting family members
• You will be incharge of washing cleaning stain removal drying the linen ironingof linen etc...
• You will be in charge ofcleaning the wardrobes and the dressings.
• Youwill ensure that the linens and clothes are in perfect state beforethey are put within the proper wardrobes and dressings.
• You will be in charge of cleaning the handbagsand the shoes before putting them back in thewardrobes.
• However the owners linen will godirectly to the drycleaners as will some of the bed linen tofacilitate your work.

For Service:

• You will be incharge of meal servicesthe breakfast lunch and dinner services.
• Setting up and cleaning the dining tableceramics cutlery etc before and after themeals

For this position we areespecially looking for experienced Housekeeper who know how tocommunicate properly in a team and with owners but who also knowhow to remain discreet without being noticed constantly by theowners and being able to do the housekeeping behind thescenes.

Desiredprofile

• You areextremely autonomous andable to report andrespect your hierarchy at the sametime.
• You arepassionate about private householdservice and you. like to work in private villas.
• Previous experience as aHousekeeper in Private Luxury Villas is MANDATORY.
• Experience in Luxury Hotels orHospitality is an advantage
• You are amultitasking person andflexible capable of following theprocesses that are already implemented in theproperty.
• You are very reactive when facingdifficult/unusual situations. If someone in the team needs help youare happy to volunteer. The team works very closely including theVilla Manager who work handinhand with the team.
• You are skilled in delegating with multipleparties to ensure the smooth functioning of theteam
• You are able to keep a smileon your face and keep a positive attitude throughmost situations.
• You are a leader but at thesame time have a good understanding of working in a team.
• You are always on time and well presented youhave a real sense of human relations and communication comes withan ease to you.
• You MUST speakFrench & English. The owners do not speak French conversationalenglish at least is thereforemandatory.
• YouMUST have a car and adriving licence as you cannot accessthe Villa easily public transport option cannot be considered.
• You DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINALRECORD you are honest and trustworthy.

Salary:euros per month
