Liaison with Head of Business, Team Leaders, and Bank's Retail Liabilities officials to ensure smooth coordination of FOS activities.
Ensure the optimal allocation of budgeted resources at all times.
Maintain productivity targets as allocated by the bank and coordinate with HR to identify and address non-performing FOS executives.
