Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the scrum development team to identify test paths needed for UI and/or API test coverage and devise a test strategy.
  • Design, write and execute UI and API automated test cases with a focus on new feature, regression, and Integration testing.
  • Maintain good code quality and test framework structure
  • Analyze results of automated tests and build and distribute reports based on automated test runs
  • Collaborate with peers on our scrum team(s) and within QA on areas for improvement and innovations.

Required Skills:

  • 24 years' experience in software testing with a proven track record in software development and test automation
  • Broad experience in development methodologies: Agile.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for developing expertise in the industry and product under test
  • Seasoned in efficient test design, scripting, execution, and analysis; keen vision for designing tests for maximum coverage and minimum maintenance.
  • Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong experience with UI script creation & execution
  • Strong experience writing tests for Webservices (REST & Soap)
  • Experience with one or more programing languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, Python
  • Selenium WebDriver or similar browser driving automation tools.
  • Distributed test execution: Selenium Grid, Selenium Docker-Grid, Selenoid, Selenosis
  • Test Driving frameworks: Nunit, Junit, TestNG, Specflow, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress
  • Experience with Cloud service provider technology: Amazon Web services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure.
  • Preferred working experience with SQL and other database technologies.
  • Resultsoriented, selfmotivated and quicklearner
  • Pursuing or acquired Associates/Bachelors (IT, MIS, Healthcare Degree or equivalent) strongly desired.
  • Experience with JIRA, XRay test repository (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of US healthcare industry preferred
