Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead to be part of our team. The perfect candidate will bring extensive experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Salesforce Omnistudio, coupled with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. As the Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead, you will lead a team of developers, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, offering guidance and technical expertise to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and team members to grasp project requirements, define technical solutions, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce Omnistudio solutions that cater to the unique needs of clients and adhere to industry standards.
• Create custom Salesforce Omnistudio applications, components, integrations, and automation solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring ongoing support and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews, offer feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee the reliability, stability, and quality of solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Salesforce Omnistudio.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate team members.
• Effective task prioritization, project management, and meeting deadlines.
