Job Title:
CAD Designer

Location:
Kakkanad, Kochi

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interior designers to develop design concepts and specifications.
  • Create detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models for interior design projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and clients.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design plans into construction projects.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of design drawings and revisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, CAD software updates, and best practices in interior design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CAD Designer or similar role in the interior design industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to create accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
