You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, providing front-line support in your area of responsibility, guiding employees through specific processes and working with others to direct and resolve issues and enquiries.

How you will contribute

You will serve as the first point of contact for questions relating to your process area of responsibility, providing high-quality and timely customer service and ensuring that all requests are fully understood. In this role, you will work within service level agreements, communicating when cases are escalated. In addition, you will be responsible for the accurate collection of case details and employee data, provide general information on policies and procedures, and answer questions based on FAQs. You will also be asked to provide feedback and propose improvements in your area of responsibility and to record and track cases in the case management system, assigning a severity level and following through to ensure that cases are resolved and that service level agreements can be measured and improved. This role requires you to comply with quality assurance and data protection activities.

You are responsible for supporting GBS PMO team for Projects and Programs Tracking, preparing, and publishing monthly status Reports of active Programs, coordinating with GBS Functions and Partners to get timely status updates, tracking of Project financials, coordinating with GBS Strategic and Transformation Office core team to provide Project/ Program specific updates. Job role also includes scheduling meetings, documenting project status, updating project plans, maintaining projects specific artifacts in Project SharePoint, and communicating with stakeholders.

How you will contribute

You will:

Develop and provide project/ program reporting and status updates using project management tools, dashboards, and status reports. Coordinate and organize regular Project status review meetings as well as meetings with stakeholders. Tracking project status, risks and issues logs, Project/ Program plans and updating Projects status dashboard. Maintaining Project inventory list and keeping track of new Projects Managing the PMO tools like MSPO, Dashboards, project SharePoint and status trackers Supporting with project planning, tracking project timelines and budgets, documenting project meetings, and helping Project Managers to resolve any project-related issues.

Understanding of Project management methodology Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with Project Managers and stakeholders. Effective project status tracking and reporting; proactiveness in follow ups with Project Managers/ key stakeholders; identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines. Learning Project Management skills while supporting project Managers. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and build relationships. Attention to details to accurately documenting project information, tracking progress and ensuring quality is met. Adaptability- Flexibility to adapt to changing Project requirements, priorities and timelines, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies as needed.
