Key Responsibilities :

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining customized IAM solutions using Ping Identity Platform products such as Pingfederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and Pingone.

- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to comprehend business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and crafting IAM solutions aligned with their needs.

- Developing custom workflows, connectors, and scripts to enhance Ping Identity Platform functionality and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and applications.

- Configuring and deploying Ping Access Management, Identity Management, and Directory Services across diverse environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid setups.

- Creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate client and internal team understanding of IAM solution usage and maintenance.

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Ping Identity Platform, covering performance, availability, and security matters.

- Staying informed about the latest IAM technologies, standards, and best practices, providing guidance to clients and internal teams on their adoption.

- Offering after-hours and on-call support as required.

Technical Skills Requirements: The ideal candidate must exhibit proficiency in the following:

- SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect

- Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments

- Networking and security concepts

- Ping Identity Platform, including Access Management, Identity Management, and Directory Services

- IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM)

- Java, JavaScript, and other scripting languages

- Cloud platforms (AWS) and services (e.g., EC2, Auto Scaling, S3, MongoDB, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)

- DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker)

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Independence and teamwork abilities

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Web protocols and technologies (REST, JSON, XML)

- API and service-based architectures using REST APIs

- Knowledge across the technology stack, including web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors, and distributed systems architecture

- Deployments and integrations of IAM solutions

- Authentication and Authorization principles and strategies (OAuth 2.0)

- Certificates and Security principles (HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, SSL, mTLS)

- CI/CD tools (Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, SonarQube, Checkmarks)

- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management technologies, with a focus on Ping Identity Platform.

Ping certifications, such as Ping Certified Access Management Specialist or Ping Certified Identity Management Specialist.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to work after hours and provide on-call support.
