Position: - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (PM Engineer) Work Experience:
  • 6 to 12 Years of Work Experience in the mentioned profile (Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate)
Required Skills:
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills to complete jobs efficiently with minimal oversight.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when required.
  • Maintain an active and current professional knowledge base by reading trade publications and networking with colleagues.
  • Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD, SAP, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.
  • Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts and complete repairs using specialized tools.
  • Knowledge of dispensing process, Pick & place operation, Epson robot, ABB robot, soldering, conveyor system, winding & SPM Maintenance, etc.
  • Able to handle all processes & Maintain the MTBF & MTTR.
  • Manage whole-building mechanical systems, including completing routine maintenance, performing efficiency tests, repairing broken machines, and recommending upgrades when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems within large buildings.
  • Respond to customer repair requests for individual machines and entire building systems in a timely manner.
  • Test malfunctioning equipment using diagnostic tools to isolate problem areas and create a repair plan.
  • Preventative/Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas.
  • Equipment monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and repair.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment.
  • Parts and supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Corrective and reparative maintenance operations.
  • Identifying and organizing for calibration of critical control instruments.
  • Cost control and continuous process improvement.
  • Green initiatives and environmentally friendly equipment optimization.
  • Able to handle the Shift.
  • Equipment and component replacement and technical refreshes.
