Requirement of an architect with experience of a year or more and software skills for autocad, sketchup, photoshop, etc

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:

  • To make feasibility reports for projects.
  • To make design options and presentation drawings.
  • Preparation of Municipal Drawings.(Taking responsibility of it till final printing )
  • Preparation of Inward letters for NOC'S
  • Going to respective offices for NOCs
  • For online submission - Getting all documents scanned.
  • Visiting KDMC for file circulation and file submissions.
  • Working Drawings - Setting out plan, centreline drawing.
  • Working drawings - Preparation of drawing after co-ordination with RCC consultant and making of gala drawings.
  • Making of electrical layouts.
  • Making of slab completion letters and sending it to clients.
  • Co-ordination on site about the work progress and next drawing requirements.
For interior projects - Visiting site for measurements, providing drawing options, submission of drawings to respective agencies.

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
