About the Position:

As an Associate Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the commissioning, operations, and troubleshooting of various HVAC assets within the Building Management System (BMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Discovery, Design, and Deployment of Automation packages
  • Utilize analytical skills to pinpoint the root cause of issues and offer effective solutions
  • Examine existing control and BMS systems and draft engineering design notes
  • Engage in technical interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve customer issues and suggest both short-term and long-term fixes
  • Develop and assess control programs & logics, ensuring adherence to SOPs
  • Execute Remote Commissioning Design and support product management through various stages
  • Perform Continuous Retro Commissioning Design and ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor Projects (KPI/KRA) across all phases to guarantee desired outcomes
  • Possess knowledge of Field HVAC assets and operational procedures
Skills:
  • Experience in programming and commissioning with Niagara-related applications (NexRev, Novar, N4)
  • Capability to Develop/Deploy/modify BMS/Controls Logic sets for AHUs, Chiller Sequences, RTUs, etc., including knowledge of Electrical assets
  • Expertise in integration and troubleshooting of BMS components
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Thorough understanding of Building Equipment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech) or related field, with 3 to 5 years' experience in Field Troubleshooting
