ABOUTTHE ROLE We arededicated to delivering exceptional services to our customers andare looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our talented team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving andmaintaining our infrastructure ensuring robust security measuresand leading cost optimizationefforts.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leadthe development and maintenance of our infrastructure ensuring highavailability and performance of ourservices.
  • Design implement and manage CI/CDpipelines for automated testing and deployment using tools likeJenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
  • Utilize Dockerand Kubernetes to containerize applications and manage scalabledeployments in a microservicesarchitecture.
  • Develop and implementinfrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform Ansible orCloudFormation to automate and manage cloud resourcesefficiently.
  • Drive cost optimizationinitiatives to ensure efficient use of cloud resources whilemaintaining performance andreliability.
  • Establish and maintain securitybest practices including conducting regular penetration testing toidentify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Workclosely with the development team to integrate security measuresinto the software development lifecycle(SDLC).
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOpsengineers fostering a collaborative and highperformingenvironment.
  • Stay uptodate with emergingtechnologies and industry trends recommending innovations that canimprove efficiency andeffectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 5 years of experience in DevOps orsimilar roles with at least 2 years in a leadershipposition.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes Dockerand Terraform.
  • Proven experience in cloudservices (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and Solid understanding of CI/CDtools and practices.
  • Experience with securitypractices including penetration testing and knowledge of securitytools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated abilityin scripting languages (e.g. PythonBash).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to work under pressure.
  • Strongleadership skills with experience leading a team ofengineers.
  • Effective communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to present complex technicalinformation in a clear and concisemanner.
