We are looking for Training Associate to join our Customer Care Operations team.

Your Job will be responsible collaboratively with other members of the CCO Training Team and non-CCO teams to create, maintain and strategize the delivery of essential content training to the organization's employee base.


The Team:
Our Complex Cases Team provides support to clients on operational workflows that are unique to our products.

The team works collaboratively and passionately to build a high-performing company culture Comprised of engaged employees who work cross functionally to improve client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging instructorled training to a variety of audiences both in person and virtually based on curriculum development
  • Workcross functionally with business leads to develop/refine internal process documentation.
  • Communicate gaps in existing training to Instructional Design team to reflect program updates and meet evolving learning needs of the organization
  • Assist in collection and reporting of learning metrics from appropriate sources to drive enhancements in the learners' journey.

Education & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years project managing crossfunctional projects in dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with multiple audiences
  • Demonstrated flexibility
  • At least 3 to 4 years of teaching/coaching/training experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create intellectual capital
  • Knowledge & Skills:
  • Maniacal attention to detail; ability to quickly learn our courses and execute them
  • Strong computer, analytical, and research skills (Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Visio, Prezi, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
