Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on new products and services.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and followup activities within the assigned territory.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Use CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Liaise with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.

Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle objections.

Working Conditions

  • This role involves significant travel within the assigned territory.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet client needs and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Must own a reliable twowheeler for travel.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

- up to 12k + incentives
